Find a Document

Want to check what was in the minutes from the last board meeting? Want to see the bylaws for the village? Those documents and many more can be reviewed through the Owners' Area. The documents you can review are:

• Owners' Directory (there is a separate help section for this)

• Board and Committees

• Governing Documents

• Financial Documents

• Board Meeting Minutes 

• Annual Meeting Minutes

Or follow the steps below. 

1. Go to https://www.wmvv.org, then navigate to the Owners’ Area page. 

2. On the Owner Login, enter your Username and Password. Click Login or press Enter.

3. You will now be logged into the Owners' Area and the main Owners' Area page is shown.

4. In the Menu area, click on the type of documents your are looking for. If there is only one document in the document type, it will open in a new browser tab. If there are multiple documents, a document list will be displayed. Clicking on a document in the list will open the document in a new browser tab.

5. When you are done viewing a document, you can simply close the browser tab.
