Trash Area Access
It is the responsibility of EVERY WMVV resident to make sure to properly dispose of trash. Only household trash is to go in the small dumpsters. The large dumpsters are for yard waste. If the dumpsters are full DO NOT place you trash outside of them.
Prohibited Items in any of the dumpsters:
Concrete
Tires
Appliances
Furniture & Mattresses
Propane tanks
Electronics
Lithium Ion batteries
Outside contractor debris
Paint, stain and any automobile fluids
Discard prohibited items by either donating them, personally hauling them to the city landfill, or hiring someone to haul them to the city landfill.
In order to access the trash area, your resident key card is required. Place your key card near the black sensor plate on the camera post and the gate will open.
To exit, just drive to the exit gate, it will open automatically.
As a reminder, the small dumpsters are for general household trash only.
Large dumpsters are for yard waste.
