The information about the Zoom meeting and meeting agenda will be sent out in an email by HOAMCO. You will need the link in that email to get into the Zoom meeting. The agenda for the next meeting will be posted below when it is available as well as the zoom link.

Note: Only WMVV residents and invited guests are allowed to attend Board of Directors meetings.  If you attend by Zoom, you must be identified as a member of the WMVV community.  When you join the meeting please check these two things:  1) verify that your name is present when you join the meeting and 2) make sure you listen and respond when your phone number/device name is asked for identification - and be sure to check for messages directed to you via chat (If available).  ATTENDEES WHO APPEAR AS ONLY A PHONE NUMBER OR DEVICE NAME WILL BE DISCONNECTED.
