WMVV Board Meeting on Tuesday, June 24th 1PM, Clubhouse or Zoom
It is the responsibility of each property owner in WMVV to be familiar with the emergency evacuation routes in WMVV. The owner should ensure that any visitors or renters are also familiar with these emergency evacuation routes.
In no way does the WMVV Board of Directors or the RAC of WMVV hold any responsibility for the evacuation of any persons, pet, or possession/property of an owner/resident or their guest(s) whether on the owner/resident’s property or anywhere on within the WMVV property.
Every owner or resident should become familiar with the locations of all emergency exits in the Village. In the event of an evacuation, being familiar with the Emergency Exit locations could help everyone evacuate quickly and safely. Someone unfamiliar with the exit routes could delay everyone’s safe evacuation by causing congestion and confusion. You should use the emergency exit closest to your location.
Please note that the Emergency Exits have crash gates. Crash gates are designed to be driven through with minimal vehicle damage. A photo of a crash gate is shown at the top of this page.
Remember the main access road may not be accessible.
The Board of Directors would like to thank the Risk Awareness Committee (RAC) for their hard work creating the WMVV Fire Safety Plan and working to establish the Evacuation Routes.
