WMVV Annual Meeting on Tuesday, Aug 26th 1PM, Clubhouse or Zoom
Elections for members of the White Mountain Vacation Village Board are coming up! There are two Board Director positions open this year.
Ballots and instructions were mailed from HOAMCO the week of July 13th via USPS. All owners are encouraged to vote. Only one ballot per lot will be accepted.
In order to hold the annual meeting, a quorum must be achieved. Per the WMVV Governing Documents, quorum requires 1/3 of owners to return a completed ballot (or 122 ballots). If quorum is not achieved, the Annual Meeting will be continued to a new date and time at the call of the President.
Ballots that are completed and returned to HOAMCO must be received in the HOAMCO Show Low office by 4pm on Friday August 22, 2025. Returning ballots to the HOAMCO office is encouraged so that tallying of votes and documentation can be updated prior to the day of the Annual Meeting.
If you are unable to return your ballot to the HOAMCO Show Low office, you will be allowed to turn it in between 12p and 12:45p at the Clubhouse, prior to the Annual Meeting on August 26th .
If you have not received a ballot via USPS or it was mailed to your winter address and not forwarded, you can obtain one from Gloria Bushnell at the Board Meeting on July 29th, 2025, or you can obtain one in person from the Show Low HOAMCO office.

On Saturday, August 9th, around 10am, after Coffee and Donuts, the Board of Directors will host a ‘Meet and Greet’ the candidates who appear on the ballot. We encourage all owners to attend. You will be given the opportunity to get to know each of the 3 candidates. This is a very informal setting where owners can ask questions of each candidate.
